A clean, crisp refreshing white wine made from 100% Pinot Noir gapes which were whole cluster pressed to produce this white from red.  Perfect with our local salmon or prawns.

This blend of 85% Gamay Noir and 15% Pinot Noir gives a pleasing array of peaches, nectarine and raspberry and finishes with a hint of butterscotch.  A perfect picnic wine!
